PROJECT COORDINATOR (SHENZHEN, CHINA)
D2 is looking for a junior-level PROJECT COORDINATOR to provide day-to-day support for customer communications needs, both internal and external, for a global client. Position will be located onsite at a client’s office. It involves daily interaction with client personnel such as program and product managers, as well as vendors and manufacturers. We are looking for someone who is comfortable both working alone and with a team. This individual should be a strong communicator, with keen attention to detail and a customer-centric attitude.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for tracking the development and delivery of product communications assets, such as user manuals, setup guides, labels and more. You will help ensure compliance with brand guidelines and quality standards. You will use established tools and processes to help deliver high-quality print and digital assets on time. You will work alone and with teams, including client (program, product, and compliance), product manufacturers, and colleagues (writers, editors, graphic designers, UX researchers).
As an onsite support team member, you will represent D2 capabilities to help support the account. The ideal candidate will be organized, a fast learner, and able to easily adapt to rapid changes. You must be resourceful but able to take direction, while speaking with both confidence and respect. Responsibilities
- Utilize onsite client resources to collect, document and communicate product details, schedule, and direction to D2 production team
- Actively track project scope and schedule and identify potential risks or issues to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of high-quality deliverables
- Work with manufacturers to address critical technical needs and concerns, answer questions, resolve/reconcile issues in accordance with client principles, needs, and direction
- Attend client team meetings, as needed, to review project status, identify potential risks, address any concerns, etc.
- Support project schedules, review drafts, address schedule concerns, communicate special client needs
- Occasional evening time may be required, if necessary
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in both Chinese and English – able to speak, write, and read both with ease
- 3-5 years experience in program management, communications, digital or print publishing, or related field
- B.A. degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Digital Publishing, or related field
- Any desktop publishing experience is a huge plus
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with client and colleagues at all levels
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Technical aptitude, able to understand and articulate basic product features and functionality
- Critical thinking skills, ability to sift through sometimes confusing/conflicting information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Able to multi-task, take direction from multiple sources
- Must be service-oriented, enjoy helping people

IT TECHNICIAN

D2 IT is looking for a qualified, entry-level IT TECHNICIAN to troubleshoot, maintain, and install computer systems, networks, and software for local and regional customers. In this position, the successful applicant will be comfortable frequently switching between various systems and talking with multiple different customers each day, over the phone/Teams, or onsite at the customer’s location.
To be considered for this job, you must be friendly and approachable, and eager to speak with and explain issues to customers. These qualities are essential! The ideal candidate will also have a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software, as well as a variety of software applications, operating systems, and networks. This individual should have strong troubleshooting abilities and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Record, update, and document customer requests and maintenance items using the IT help desk
- Take ownership of customer IT issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes to restore service as soon as possible, or escalate incidents as needed.
- Set up customers with computers and peripheral devices, including basic network connection support
- Check or repair computer hardware to ensure functionality
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
- Follow guidelines to ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in person, remotely, or via phone as needed
- Work independently and with a team in a constantly changing environment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without impacting the work of others
- Occasional travel may be required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position, or understanding of computer systems / networks
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical customers and colleagues at all levels
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Good knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field is an advantage but not required
- IT Technician certification, e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft, is an advantage but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
- Ability to move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to occasionally use a ladder, hand tools, and install equipment on the floor or around obstacles
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
