✔️ We take a collaborative approach to UX research and data analysis, involving cross-functional teams to collectively enhance user experience.
✔️ We create marketing, instructional and training collateral—both digital and print—some, in 9 languages or more.
✔️ In an average month, our IT systems monitor millions of security events and emails, block thousands of viruses, apply hundreds of patches, and back up Terabytes of data.
✔️ Every year, we design and deliver 1,000+ custom communications pieces for hundreds of consumer products.
✔️ We analyze quantitative and qualitative data (sometimes millions of data points!) to help companies make data-driven decisions that save money.
✔️ In less than 5 years, we helped one company grow a strong patent portfolio protecting leading-edge technology, all developed in house.
